Kathy is a Registered Kinesiologist in Kelowna, BC and a Certified Personal Trainer. I am deeply passionate about understanding how the body moves and how it can heal while taking a realistic approach to fitness. Staying active has always been an important part of my life whether through running, hiking, or weight training. Along the way, I’ve faced my fair share of injuries, and each time, I’ve focused on healing and strengthening my body to come back even stronger. I’ve also experienced phases of life where work, family, and other responsibilities made it challenging to stay consistent with my routines. Through trial and error, I’ve learned how to get back on track in ways that are realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable for the long term. It’s this combination of personal experience and professional knowledge that inspired me to pursue a career in coaching!
As a Registered Kinesiologist, I have gained a deep understanding of how the body moves, heals, and adapts. My training allows me to assess movement patterns, prevent injuries, and create exercise programs that replicate the demands of everyday life. By focusing on functional movement and proper mechanics, I help clients move pain-free, build strength, and improve their ability to perform daily activities with confidence. My goal is to make fitness practical, sustainable, and enjoyable, so it supports long-term health, mobility, and independence at any age.
